Dog Training Private Lessons Registration

Dog training private lessons offered by PAWS for People may involve exposure to unfamiliar dogs and environmental distractions. I hereby agree to make no claim or demand of any kind against PAWS for People, its owners, agents, and employees for any injury or damage sustained by myself, my child, or my dog, arising out of or in conjunction with participating in Private lessons or other functions at the PAWS for People office and/or lesson location, and I expressly assume the risk of any such injury or damage. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of PAWS for People from any and all losses, claims, or liabilities which they may sustain or become subject to arising out of or relating in any way to any action of my dog. The private training fee reserves your spot. Upon receipt of payment, specific dates will be determined Private lesson cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the lesson in order to reschedule and avoid payment responsibility. I am aware and agree that PAWS for People or its authorized photographer may take photographs and/ or video of me, my family, guests, and my dog(s) for PAWS for People’s use in promotional materials including, but not limited to, printed material, websites, press releases, and fliers.
